At Clacks School Support Service (Primary), young people discovered the joys of creativity through clay, animation, monoprinting and more. Throughout various sessions we witnessed the positive impact of our sessions, including pride and excitement in the magic moment of unveiling their finished monoprint, asking “Can I go show my teacher?”

The tactile nature of clay provides an excellent sensory experience, allowing students to engage in imaginative play that has been met with enthusiastic approval.

Additionally, progress was evident during model-building activities with plasticine. Sessions that were previously challenging became more focused and enjoyable, with one young artist proudly stating, "I think I'm doing a really good job at this."
Many of the young people expressed their gratitude with comments like, "Thanks for an awesome time" and "Thank you for coming and doing this with us today."

Our creative activities continue to be a nurturing environment where young people can explore their creative potential and build positive memories.
