Code of Conduct
What is a code of conduct?
A code of conduct is a set of agreed guidelines written in collaboration with Reachout members, to outline the expected behaviour and standards for everyone accessing our service.
Why does Reachout have a code of conduct?
Reachout is a friendly and welcoming organisation where members have access to the creative arts and wellbeing activities. These guidelines are in place for the safety of you, other members, staff and volunteers, and apply to all forms of communication including face to face, written, electronic and social media.
Who signs the code of conduct?
Everyone accessing Reachout must read, agree to and sign our code of conduct, including members, volunteers and staff. If these guidelines are not followed, you will be asked to leave the studio.
We must all follow these guidelines:
The Reachout Complaints, Child Protection and Safeguarding, and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Policies are available to everyone. Please ask one of the staff who will be happy to help with any concerns.
