As the inspirational James Docherty of Scotland's Violence Reduction Unit testified in his truly uplifting speech to Clacks Council's 'Resilience in the Face of Adversity' conference recently, 'High Aces' are the only criteria for gang initiation in Scotland. It's excellent that these factors are being recognised and action is underway. We very much hope that our forthcoming Inspire programme for young people can play a part in that much needed action.
